NTR Trust New Zealand INC is a registered charitable society (Registration No. CC64528, NZBN 9429053372284) based in Auckland and operating nationwide. We support the social and cultural welfare of Telugu-speaking people, and provide basic amenities — food, clothing and shelter — to low-income and vulnerable people in New Zealand.

Society purposes
As set out in our constitution, the objectives of NTR Trust New Zealand INC are:
- 01Promote the social and cultural welfare of Telugu-speaking people.
- 02Coordinate support and assistance for the Telugu community.
- 03Provide direction and information to new Telugu settlers.
- 04Promote, conserve and advance Telugu culture.
- 05Improve awareness of Telugu culture within the local community.
- 06Subscribe to, become a member of, and co-operate with other organisations whose objectives are similar to ours.
- 07Assist in fulfilling the social aspirations of Telugu people, consistent with the objectives of the Association.
- 08Maintain links with Telugu-speaking people and organisations to keep members informed of developments in Andhra Pradesh (India) and other countries.
- 09Enter into suitable arrangements with government or authorities to achieve the objectives of the Association.
- 10Support local charitable events.
Our committee
Our Committee of Management is elected by members and is responsible for the governance and direction of the Trust. Together, our office bearers and executive members bring decades of professional experience, cultural knowledge and community leadership to guide NTR Trust NZ.
The committee meets regularly to plan community initiatives, oversee charitable programmes, and ensure the Trust operates with integrity, transparency and accountability to our members and donors across Aotearoa.
